All Listings on the Web and in Multiple Places: All of my listings are available online through many sources including the Park City Multiple Listing service, Realtor.com, as well as on our company site and hundreds of other agent web sites. We also have a presence on Google, Yahoo, Real Estate Journal, Trulia and more.

Easy Web Searching and Browsing: All available MLS listings are on my site and searchable. Many of my users bookmark my site and prefer them over other search options because of the ease of use, impressive visuals and complete information.
My listings are prominently displayed under My Current Listings and general property searches and are noted as 'Featured Listings' on both this site and all of my sister sites.

Online Streaming Videocasts: Qualified listings may also have professionally produced online video tours along with 9 still shots. These videos allow my clients to truly preview homes before they enter them, and also allow me the flexibility of capturing what is unique about a property. My property details pages give a unique and entertaining insight into my listings that can't always be captured with only photos or 360 degree tours.

Search Engine Syndication: All of my listings are uploaded to Google Base and are searchable through the most popular search engine available. This syndication also provides my listings exposure to thousands of other related sites.

RSS Feeds and News Aggregators: My listings are also available by RSS feed, a popular way for people to aggregate their favorite sites and content. RSS readers automatically updated information as it becomes available.

We can also assist in developing various marketing materials as is appropriate for your property. Scrapbooks of recent marketing products are available for review.
DIRECT MAILINGS
When appropriate I use my extensive mailing lists to deliver brochures, postcards, newsletters and personal notes to prospective buyers.
NEWSPAPER ADVERTISING
Prudential advertises 52 weeks a year in The Park Record newspaper. I may choose to augment company advertising with additional individual newspaper advertising and all company design and production capabilities are made available to them for that purpose, although company print advertising is generally sufficient.
OPEN HOUSES
Intercept marketing is still important in many situations. My first priority is always Realtor open houses to expose each listing to every member of the Park City real estate community. I pride myself on my good relations with other Park City real estate firms and I believe that a good listing agent is much more concerned with getting their clients property sold quickly and at the right price rather than selling it themself. Public open houses can be effective depending on such factors as location and time of year and I know how to stage and promote public open houses.
PARK CITY BOARD OF REALTORS
All of my properties are included in the Multiple Listing Service of the Park City Board of Realtors. Where appropriate properties may also be listed in the Wasatch Front Regional MLS.
SIGNAGE
Basic real estate signage is a leading source of prospective Buyers. In addition to the importance of well-maintained signs and flyer boxes, I place focus on the efficient handling of sign generated call-ins.
