Although I focus on upper tier properties, I have experience in all areas, including ski, golf and ranch properties.

Finding the right property can often be challenging and I go to great efforts to both understand the current market, and the best strategies to help you. While in certain circumstances I may represent projects, by choice I generally prefer to represent buyers in project situations. I have done extensive due diligence concerning all major projects and maintain excellent working relationships with the Realtors who represent those developments. The major projects are well represented by their in-house real estate firms or other qualified real estate firms. The first rule of sports is to know what team you are on and play hard to win for your team. I want to be on your team and I know the value of old fashioned hard work. I actively participate in Realtor open houses, sales meetings and project tours to ensure that I have the knowledge you need as your representative.

Great working relationships with agents within our own company and also throughout the real estate community allows me to have an unrivaled understanding of the nuances of Park City real estate. This becomes invaluable as I assist my clients in navigating real estate transactions which can become difficult without the proper experience and local knowledge. While I don't guarantee that small hitches won't arise along the way, my experience allows me to effectively anticipate and manage these issues before they become problems.
